Graduation of the Vocational Scholarship Recipients

18 Desember 2024

What brings more joy to a student than graduation? In October and November 2024, YKIP celebrated the achievements of 15 vocational scholarship recipients who successfully completed their one-year training programs in hospitality and administration.

Hospitality Graduates

In October, nine students specializing in hospitality graduated from Monarch Bali’s campuses in Gianyar, Karangasem, and Dalung. Two of them, Ari and Yani, graduated from the Monarch Bali Candidasa campus, focusing on food and beverage services. At Monarch Bali Gianyar, five other students, Linia, Sriyani, Mahenda, Janu, and Runarta, graduated on the same day. Linia, Sriyani, and Mahenda specialized in food and beverage services, while Janu and Runartta trained in housekeeping.

In Badung Regency, two scholarship recipients, Okta and Dian, successfully completed their one-year training program at Monarch Bali Dalung, with Okta specialising in food production, and Dian completing her training as a bartender. All nine students spent their first semester learning theory and practising the basics on campus, followed by on-the-job training during the second half of the academic year at their chosen hotels.

Administration Graduates

We are thrilled to share more wonderful news from our vocational scholarship program!

On November 16, 2024, six students specialising in administration proudly graduated from Alfa Prima. The ceremony, held at the Convention Center, was filled with joy and pride as students celebrated this significant milestone with their families.

These graduates completed nine months of on-campus training before embarking on three months of job training. Unlike their peers in hospitality who spent more time in industry placements, these students explored various paths within the administration, each choosing a specialization that aligned with their interests and career goals. Sepiana, Yuni, and Nina focused on business administration, Juliantari and Putrawan pursued specialized training in hospital administration, while Jamitri took a unique path by choosing training in tax and accounting.

Most of these graduates had already secured jobs before their official graduation ceremony, showcasing their hard work and the program’s success. YKIP is incredibly proud of their achievements and wishes all graduates continued success in their careers. We are deeply grateful to our sponsors for their generosity and to our campus partners— Alfa Prima Denpasar, Monarch Bali Gianyar, and Monarch Bali Candidasa—for their support.
