We are happy to share with you the latest activities in our scholarship for students in elementary to senior high school students, KEMBALI Scholarship Program that have been conducted successfully by our team members. Despite of the Pandemic situation, YKIP finished the KEMBALI Scholarship Program’s first-quarter scholarship distribution to 482 of our sponsored students started form September.

The events were held by the team in 13 areas of the program. In Gianyar regency, we distributed the scholar

ship to the district of Gianyar, Blahbatuh, Tampaksiring, Tegallalang, Payangan, Ubud, Sukawati. Other areas including Kuta, Sanur, Mengwi, Karangasem, Pengotan and Tejakula. During the scholarship distribution events, KEMBALI team distributed school supplies, allowances to all students, and vitamins for Elementary students only.

Recent Schooling Condition in Bali

Although the Covid-19 confirmed case numbers in Bali are going down significantly, we keep implementing strict health protocols in all our activities. Students are required to wear face masks, washing their hands before entering the venue, and keep a safe distance from each other.  We would also like to inform you that all students in the KMEBALI Scholarship Program have come back to study at school. The government has allowed all schools in Bali to reopen, with limited time of study and number of students, while implementing strict health protocols. This is a good beginning and we hope that everything can go back to normal soon.

Moreover, the number of vaccines provided in Bali is also increasing. Students above age 12 have received their vaccine at school and all of YKIP team members have been 100% vaccinated too!

YKIP will continue to run its mission so that each of our students can continue receiving proper education by providing them scholarships for students from Elementary School to Senior High School. However, we cannot do it alone. We need your support. The Academic Year of 2021/2022 is still running and we still have some students who need sponsors.
